I think this restaurant is under rated. Yes they are short staffed. However the chicken momos were the best I had. Everything we ordered was delicious. Great way to end the evening at national harbor. While leaving I forgot my jacket. I headed back and it was 10:02. The waiter was nice enough to see me from a far, he came back, opened the restaurant and got it for me. I appreciate the courtesy greatly!

An amazing experience! This cozy Indian restaurant impressed us not only with its flavorful food but also with the warm and genuine hospitality of the owner. Everything was fresh, perfectly spiced, and clearly made with care. The owner treated us like guests in his own home, checking in personally to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic taste and heartfelt service!

It was an amazing experience, the restaurant was just perfect in every thing (food, services, atmosphere). The stuff is so friendly and very good food servant. The Shrimp Briany, better chicken and nan bread were all really tasty and delicious. Over and above, the food is Halal which a plus credit for them. I would definitely revisit the restaurant again. Highly recommended, and Im gonna rate the restaurant with five stars high rating. Well deserved!

I want to rave about the excellent service I received from Subitchan at the bar. He made my martini exactly to my liking and was so congenial. I ordered the chicken kabob and the yellow lentil dahl. Perfect combination. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The dahl was a bit runny and more like a soup but the flavor was excellent. Thanks to Subitchan for making my dining experience at the bar so pleasant. I will come back!

Delicious Indian food. Had our tummies full with the halal chicken and rest of the meals. Amazing find in national harbour area. Huge mural of Bollywood artists give the place a lot of personality. Servers are kind and you get a free dessert for every follow in social media! Win win situation haha.

Absolutely FABULOUS! Service was impeccable, ambiance perfect, food to die for! The owner/chef was present, stopped by our table, nice touch! Loved loved loved his family recipe for the lobster masala, my husband’s butter chicken was the best we’ve ever had!

We came to National Harbor on a rainy Sunday — and yes, we intentionally came here for Indian food. I’ve only had Indian cuisine twice in my life... and this was by far the best (I don’t even remember the first one!). The owner was so kind and attentive, we felt like guests in someone’s home. Our stomachs and hearts left full. Definitely worth the visit!

It was my first time BSF in National Harbor. The bartender Om took wonderful care of me. I'm mediately I was struck by sensuous smells and a charming atmosphere. The music swayed while I ordered a "dirty mango lassi" from the bar. Instead of going with what a typical guy that looks like me would get I asked for recommendations and got the Himalayan chicken. Great choice. I even got a basic curry recipe from Om to help make some similar cuisines at home for beginners. Definitely coming back the next time I'm in town.
